As a Cash & Service Host at Leksand Sommarland, you will have a varied and fast-paced role where you support our most visited units during peak season. You start the morning at the entrance cash register, welcoming the day’s first guests with a smile, before moving on to the restaurant cash register, kiosk, or other areas where the need is greatest. You jump in where you can be of most help and become an important part of keeping the flow smooth throughout the park.

Main Responsibilities

• Staff the entrance cash register, welcome guests, and scan tickets
• Assist guests and answer questions
• Work at the cash registers in our restaurants 
• Support kiosks or other areas 
• Be flexible and move to where guest flow is highest
• Actively work on upselling
• Help with tidying, cleaning, and maintaining order
• Guest service

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied and fast-paced role where you greet every guest with a warm smile. You are service-oriented, efficient, and proactive, and you easily adapt to new situations when the pace changes. Collaborating closely with colleagues comes naturally to you, but you are also comfortable working independently when needed. Flexibility is one of your greatest strengths; you enjoy helping where you can be most useful and contributing to keeping the flow smooth in the park's most visited areas. Since the position involves a lot of guest contact, you need to speak fluent Swedish and English.

Working hours vary according to Sommarland's opening hours, generally between 09:30-18:30 every day of the week. The employment is a seasonal position of 50-100% during our peak season week 28-32. Salary and other conditions according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet.

About Us The amusement park Leksand Sommarland in Dalarna is a true adventure for families with children during the summer. Inside the gates awaits a wide range of activities and attractions. Some of our most popular attractions are the Wipeout course in Siljan, Laser Tag, high ropes courses for both big and small, and of course our Water Park with heated pools and winding water slides. Our 250 summer youth welcome up to 6000 guests per day.

Leksand Sommarland is part of Leksand Resort AB, a leading group in Dalarna's tourism industry.
